I don't feel bad about not giving money or food anymore because the beggars refuse genuine help, like going to the local government facilities for work opportunities. They're essentially professional beggars by choice and so I choose to not aid their lifestyle choice.
I was standing outside work recently with my Burger King bag in one hand and this guy walking past just stopped in front of me and expected me to hand my food to him. I was working the whole goddamn day and didn't eat anything, and then this clown stands there like I owe him something.
