Give my 11 year old daughter an awesome weekend day out

Just sit down with her and write a list of things she always wanted to do and things she loves to do. Then pick at least one in each list to do over the weekend

Take her shopping. Buy her some nice clothes and get her to model them for you. Take her for a romantic dinner and then to a movie or to a park to watch the sun go down. Then bring her home and go from there.

go to the zoo, or an amusement park. I would lose my shit at museums cuz I loved them so much. I feel like at this point you would know what kind of things she likes. and honestly when your a kid, a weekend out is fun no matter what you do. You guys could literally just hang out at the park and she would probably remember all that fondly.

Maybe things that she particularly enjoys, just like of what GeekyGold has mentioned you should plan with her and ask her, as to also what RoseIsabella has mentioned that should be dependant on her interests and her hobbies.

Maybe plan something out with her. Planning can be a lot of fun and it also builds hype

Maybe plan a few different things so you can cut to the next if something doesn't work out. Do some things you like too
