At the person who said "arent they the same?" No, they're not. Clearly you're not very sexually experienced. When someone says "fucking" they mean just having sex to have sex, thats it. No feelings have to be involved to just fuck. Making love is having sex with a person you love or deeply care about and tends to be more slow paced (doesnt always have to be slow though) and intimate (kissing, carressing each other). Fucking= just sex, Making love= having sex while expressing feelings of love for one another

i think that fucking can def involve passion and consideration for another person. to me the difference is more like making love is all emotional and seems slower and that usually leads to fucking. my husband and i have sex for two or three hours and by the time we're finishing up we've both had multiple orgasms and have def left the making love stuff behind but we always ensure the other is very satisfied.
