Well...Its your brother. If anything...you should embrace it. Could be the best way to bond well with your brother. It could be a personal reason he likes to do it...or it could be a bread crumb to a bigger more enlightening part of his life. Best thing you could do is learn, understand and support. There is more support out there than you think so you can help be a support for him...learn to make it normal for him. If its just you who knows...keep it that way until you both have that understanding...especially with family.
