    Absolutely confidence. Followed by sense of humor, and attitude. I cannot tell you how many times I've have seen an "attractive man" who is a total douche who takes himself way too seriously. To me, he is ugly. Or and "ugly man" who just has this amazing confidence that makes him super attractive.
