I think girls can make the first move just as equally as guys or vise versa. To be honest, I'm to shy to make the first move, so I wait for the guys... which is why I'm single ;n;. What? Guys can be shy, too :|.
It's like, who opens the door or pays the bill at a date? Does it matter? (Though, my rule is whoever did the inviting pays the bill).
