It does seem like when anyone says anything even remotely negitave on this site about Trump you needlessly jump to his defence. The comment you were responding to was a joke, and I think most people would understand that.
The guy was just on Saturday Night Live this weekend doing a skit on how ridiculous everything he is promising is. He can take a joke, he doesn't need to to tell people his hair is actually full and healthy, especially when it is really a rug (fyi, that last thing was a joke).
