I wouldn't say size is the most important thing; like most people have said, it's more about what you do with it.
That being said, size helps.
But I wouldn't think you should worry about being too small. The chances are if you're in a position to be showing a girl yourself, she already wants you. She'd have to be pretty shallow, and not the sort of girl you'd want to be with anyway, if she then said no.
I always think confidence is the most important thing. Act like you know what you are doing and look out for signs that she's enjoying it.
Also, you say you are not the biggest; what're you comparing yourself to? A guy I was with had told me he wasn't big, and to this day he is definitely the biggest I've ever been with.
