Honestly, I've had a few longer and a few shorter, and my personal favorite is 6 1/2 inches with a decent amount of thickness. Longer is painful and doesn't fit in all the way. It's better when a guy can be fully inside of you in my opinion. For me medium is best, not too thick not too thin, not too long not too short , which too short to me is less than 5 inches long and a regular to a little more thickness is best, which is just my opinion. Really it varies depending upon the woman. It's like asking what a girl's favorite color is, some may love green, others may despise it, others may love all colors despite their differences.
