What people don't know as common knowledge is that the body continues to mature after puberty and doesn't stop until about age 30. At the end of puberty the body stops growing vertically.
I mean hell your uterus doesn't STOP developing until your mid 20s. This is why they tell teens to not get pregnant. Their bodies can't always carry full term yet and they are more prone to premature birth because they don't have a full-size uterus yet.
