Girls: do you take part in flings or relationships?

Just curious about how girls think about themselves and their sexuality. I've known girls on both sides of the spectrum. As a male here I personally try to stick to relationships, but of course there are plenty out there who love having a fling.
If you do have lots of flings, how often?

I always have flings. Dont want a relationship 82
I rarely have flings 80
I NEVER fling. I only want intimacy in a relationship 102
Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

Personally, I'd rather have relationships. If he isn't ready for one, I may consider having a fling with him depending upon how much I like the guy.

I've only ever been in relationships (a couple of ONSs notwithstanding), but would rather have flings. I need to have as much experience with as many people as possible before I get too old to get away with it

I'm 24, and I've only ever had one relationship (and no flings)
I met him at 16 - he was never a fling! And now I'm married to him, with two kids, living in his homecountry Ireland! It's awesome, I never regret committing to his love - flings just aren't my thing.

There are loads of English living in Ireland alright. I'm in college in Cork myself

Yeah, lots of people don't like English people - I don't really blame them to be honest! We are a bunch of bloody emotionless sods after all!
I love Irish people though - they actually are so genuine!
Wow, I've never been to Cork.

Depends who you are talking to. I know plenty of horrible Irish people... Travelers or whatever you want to call the mare a prime example

I would RATHER have a relationship, but I'm not going to settle for someone I am not really interested in just to have a relationship. When enough time passes (and I mean a long time because I have a power tool in my bedroom), and I haven't been with a man...yes I have flings. One night stands with strangers. Craigslist all the way, baby! I bought a big giant can of condoms just to be safe! Thankfully, I have a boyfriend now and we are in a REAL relationship and have been since January 2012. Hopefully, I won't be on Craigslist for a LOOOOOOONG time! LOL

I've always been in strong relationships. It's way better and I feel a connection with partners during sex. It means more and it's personal

I prefer to be seeing someone, or a few people. Fuck relationships, I'm 22, can't be dealing with sexual jealousy or possessiveness. "Seeing" a likeminded individual (or two :D) gives you all the benefits of a relationship, without the overt attachment which results in someone getting hurt, and it means your sexual needs are fufilled without having to have one night stands (never satisfactory for a female)

  • Relationships.

I had a couple of flings when I was still a teen, but I would have preferred that they were relationships at the time.
