Its a sad indictment on society that this question can even create a discussion the way that it has. That being said it is normal to be faithful. Anyone who finds themself not willing to be is not someone who should have committed to a marriage in the first place, plain and simple. It seems more and more society is slowly losing its morals and that the value placed on having high morals is just not important anymore. This doesnt just encompass not cheating on a significant other or spouse but in NOT engaging in a "wild sex life".
Freedom is a wonderful thing, it can lead to consenting adults enjoying their life to the utmost, but just being able to do something doesnt mean that you SHOULD be doing that same thing. I personally wouldnt want to be involved with anyone that "enjoyed" a wild sex life before meeting me, there isnt anything I could do about it as I didnt know the person, but still no one wants to think of their spouse as having slept with half the town before they came along.
Try to be faithful as much as possible, if you find that you cant be, divorce is always an option it seems.
