Just found out my girlfriend,Of the last two years, Has been sleeping with my best bud for the last year.So do i teach my girlfriend or bud a lesson?
Get them both together in the same room and then ask them to fuck each other because it MUST be magical if your 2 closest friends are cheating on you. Then tell them to fuck off, start laughing and walk out. Everyone expects anger and violence, go the opposite. You will not benefit by beating the shit out of someone, especially if they call the cops. Then just be done with them. Thi will also show you hold the power dynamic over both of them.
Punch your friend. Leave the whore. Start over without either of them in your life.

This isn't a normal occurrence, but it is, no doubt, a common one. I'd be tempted to just drop them both without a word, and go completely no contact, but I am not unsympathetic to the more primal reactions.
When faced with cheating I actually managed to make both of them cry. I honestly never feel bad when awful things happen to cheaters!

Neither. You are going to meet a lot of disloyal people in your life. The most painful thing you can do to them is push them out and not let them get resolve so they learn. If you “teach them a lesson” it’s a finishing point for them. Doing nothing honestly hurts them more and makes them think about it for a long time until they eventually resolve things through you or someone else they will do wrong to in the future.

i have never really had a serious relationship. if he had cheated on me with the closest thing to a serious relationship knowing how i am i would not have said anything. i am glad you wrote this post before doing anything drastic. just somehow maybe get them out of your life, but one thing is i am wanting you not to feel to alone like i did when my boyfriend broke up with me. sorry that they both done a horrible thing, but in time you will probably find someone so much better. also you could reach out to older friends that you have not talked to in a while
