I certainly don't think that a woman is obligated to have sex with her boyfriend but sex is a very normal, natural and healthy thing for a couple to do. And it's completely reasonable for a man (or a woman) to be unhappy in a relationship that doesn't involve sex.
Girlfriend refuses to have sex and will not explain why...

Thats fine...but not an excuse to cheat...you leave that person and you find a relationship you will be happy with.
