Sane, mature relationships go through stages. Infatuation is that intense, 24/7 thing that this chap has clearly moved past. Quite normal. She hasn't, and apparently it's something they've discussed, hence his question as to whether or not his feelings are normal. As others have indicated, they are. And as others have also indicated, she needs some other friends, hobbies or something else.
All of it is quite perfectly normal. I wonder what's happened to make you jump to the cheating conclusion.
