Depends, was her skin tone REALLY pale or did she have tan potential (yellowish) skin tone? Some people try so hard to follow this hipster fakeness. Pale skin is in, ya know? So some people that CAN tan simply aren't tanning. This is a good thing (considering skin melanoma is on the rise). That's why freckle is a good indicator of whether or not this person rates on the ginger scale.
she appeared to have clear skin but she had makeup on and i didnt see arm. she was pale but not very pale. she didnt have the sallow or olive skin, amazingly bright hair tho, i asked her if it was natural she said it was and it looked it. first time ive seen it
