    The reason why u go cold then warm is because ur consentrating on that one thing. If u were to turn the t.v up or put music on u wnt b scared. Theres no such things as ghouls, deamons or bad spirits. Just carry on ur life as usual. Dnt take notice of ur surroundings then u wont get scared
