Getting gassy during period?

I can get really gassy during my period!
If a period is one of the sucky mood altering,nausea, head, tummy, joint & back ache causing periods there is little or no gas.
If its a relatively painless lethargy inducing period the gas is terrible!!!
Does anyone else experience these gassy periods?

Is It Normal?

    And I get so much gas on my period it's not even funny. Also if it is the painful, nauseating sort of period, I get little to none too.

    Normal.

    Used to. It was awful. I could power a car on my natural gas.
