  • Theres 2 things you can do, since you fear being negatively judged by others. You want their approval, (thats what causes the anxiety).

    1. Inner work. You can do affirmations with such as 'People are more concerned with themselves to think about me' or I have let go of the need to be liked' my fav is 'People are more concerned with what I think of them, than thinking of me'

    2. Outer work like go outside and say hello to 20 people. Your anxiety and shit will dissapear for Sure after this. Try it and tell me it doesn't work, after you say it the first like 5 times you will be awkward and it won't come out right, and you might even get no reactions, laugh it off, because that's just how life is. Try this or 'Hey How are you" for about a week till its natural. The results will speak for themselves.

    The main thing Though I think is in your head. Maby you stay inside too much, thats the number 1 cause. 2, your hyper sensetive to what people think. Guess what, welcome to the party, alot of people feel that way around others, even their family. Get over your fears first, like socializin, make an idiot of yourself if you have to, I've done it, now I am totally unshy or nervous around people i can start a conversation with a cashier in front of a line full of people.     • Thanks, imma try this. I think this was the most helpful reply so far. I'll let you know my results, I really wanna get over this I wanna be like others in my class that can just be out and open.

      • Yea this will definately do the trick. Break you of your shell. Your confidence will also go up.it will make you more outgoing and confident too.
