    Love the juxtaposition of intense pain and unworldly pleasure.. you really get to see that in people with metal in their privates. You know they can take it and in my experience they also know how to give it.

    Genital piercings on women can look sexy, but they get in the way alot during sex. On guys they look dysfunctional and PAINFUL!

    I like how a small-ish Prince Albert looks. It has to be the curved barbell, not ring or horse shoe style jewelry.

    Other than that, I think they look disgusting. If you're much more than a foot away, it looks like some kind of tumor hanging there.

    Depends if we are talking about a full-on vajazzle, or something rather smaller. In both cases, it doesn't do anything for me.
