Meh in my country, America, I think ingrained misogyny is more of a detriment to guys meeting gals than gay and bi gals. I know quite a lot of gals that have dusted off guys due to male geared movements like Male Rights Activism, INCEL, and Anti-American Women.
I highly doubt that much more gals are mean to guys than guys are mean to gals. Not in my society where it's a norm to call the general population of gals bitches. I don't see it being common much less a norm to use a derogatory insult interchangeably for the general population of males.
If gals are cursing at you when you try to start a normal conversation perhaps it's time to reevaluate what you consider a "normal conversation".
Likely you wouldn't curse at a gal trying to approach you because you would hoping to fuck her. If you thought she was out to use you and get your money then likely you wouldn't be too keen on her approach.
While not all guys may be bad in my opinion enough guys are bad that many gals see no point in shifting through guys to find a good one.
