I would definitely say PC for both. Steam had them on their big holiday sale, so I picked them up for a song and have thoroughly enjoyed replaying them even with the clunky old graphics.
And yes, even with those lousy graphics, I still lean in my chair to look around corners. :)

This is completely normal. I do this anytime I do something on the computer or draw or on a game. I think it means you are intensely focused.

I played console and it was okay, but I've heard pc was better. And if you play morrowind it is only for pc and original Xbox. So I would go for pc
