Depends what type of game I'm playing. I don't play FPS any more but when I did, I used to do the same thing. If I fall off something in a game and it's a long way down, my stomach always flips in horror. Sometimes lean left and right when I'm driving a motorbike in a game. Like that's going to help steer it any better!
Oh, I got excited when I saw the phrase "fall off". I thought you were going to say that you fall off your chair trying to look around things in games sometimes, and I was going to be like "Yes! I'm not the only one!"
