Gaining weight/muscles. cramps

I'm trying to gain a little bit more weight for the gym so i have been eating more but it's like i eat more than my stomach can handle so i have cramps and my stomach feels bloated all the time. Why cant i eat more food???

    Ugh why do something that makes you miserable? Are you clean bulking or dirty? Do some research into how to maximize your calories & calorie dense foods. There's all kinds of info on the old interwebz. Bodybuilding.com forums has pretty amusing angry beefcake people who know all about these things & will gladly tell you what they eat.

    Make sure you are eating healthy things. Don't just try to eat a ton of junk food. Also spreading out your meals will help.

    I’ve had to rebulk a couple times. I found eating several times a day (5-6) works best and doesn’t bloat me.
