Well, I'm glad you're not OP. I'm not gonna hate on OP, but I will simply tell the truth, and the truth is that what OP is doing is gravely sinful, and a horrible act of betrayal.
Unfortunately, lots of people choose to do what is convenient instead of what is right, moral, and decent.
I do think that it's not easy to find good friends.
