I didn't meet him. I don't think the concert was as “live” as I thought anyway. Luckily it was paid for by a couple of friends – I would've been upset if I’d paid for the tickets myself. It would've been better if I'd just got the money & used it for several smaller gigs, but it's a bit too late.
Some people are quite simply crap live. A good singer/band is amazing when they do both. When I went to see the best concert I've been to to date, I felt quite ill (because I was over-emotional) and the equipment packed up halfway through -- but if I hadn't have gone, it would've been the biggest regret of my life.
