I personally say that it's normal for you to be turned on, but her behavior is horrible. Many girls as young as 13 or 14 are already fully developed and look like adults. There's no magic censoring mechanism in a person's brain to stop any and all attraction just because someone is under 18; one stupid attraction doesn't make you a pedophile if she really does look that much older. Remember, though, that just because she looks like an adult doesn't make her one. Judging by her behavior, she is even more immature than most 13 year olds, as most would never go farther than a bit of flirting. This is way over the line. However, you should definitely be the responsible adultin this situation, and not let this continue. You should really notify her father (your friend) as to what is happening. He needs to step in and stop this before it escelates, and the fact that you haven't told him already is making her think that it's okay to do this. Whatever you do, do NOT act on your desires under any circumstances. Not only would that be wrong on your part, but if you think about it (even if she is technically the instigator) you're the one who's risking serious trouble with this. You would have to register as a sex offender if you were to get caught. As tempting as she may seem to you, remember that, if anything were to happen, your entire life would be ruined. Getting with her is not worth ruining your whole life, especially seeing as you only seem to like her for her looks. Don't do it.
