Just talk to her dad about it. If you guys are friends, then I'm sure that you can break it to him in such a way that it's not offensive. He should really be made aware that his daughter is acting like this. You seem to be a nice guy but DAMN, there are a lot of sick fucks on this site. Whatever you do, DON'T take their advice. Do NOT screw this girl. Remember that a 13 year old doesn't really know anything about anything. Plus, you KNOW that she'll tell her friends and then one of them will try to play "hero" by reporting the "dirty old man" (that's you) to the authorities just to get attention.
