i would discourage her as well. she may have a well formed woman body but as others have said she still has the mind of a child. she is coming to the age where she is having crazy hormones. so if you would love her even if she was the ugliest girl in the world that is true love but if you your just going for looks DISCOURAGE her. Plus think of how akward it would be between you and your friend. the girl hasnt even experienced anything yet shes only 13 let her grow up and open her eyes. and you should look for a parthner your age to please you.
