If I were in your shoes, and this girl is as hot as you say she is, I would totally hit it. It's not every day in a grown man's life that a hot 13 year comes along that's willing to give it up.
Just make sure you do her somewhere you're not going to get caught. And, wear a condom. A pregnant 13 year old will mean serious jail time. And doing a hot jailbait with a condom is better than not doing one at all.
