This isn't pedophilia, it sounds like. She's too old for that. But at the same time she sounds like shes going through a serious hormone rush. You should definitely wait until she gets older. Otherwise you may get in trouble. She'd be fine, if that's what you're worried about, but I wouldn't risk it.
