if youre really her friend you will sit her down and talk to her. get her onto the internet and look up stuff about showering and how it affects your health if you dont. what might really help is if you take her to your house for a day of pampering and have her shower and help her fix her hair to where its nice. on the other hand, tell her to shower, even if she ties her hair up and doesnt wash it. or tell her to go to the salon or beauty supply shop and get oil to put in it daily after washing it.
