Friend gets mad we hang with my bf

so my friend surprised me for my birthday (she lives a state away) and my bf and her knew about it but i didn’t. she randomly came here and stayed for 10 days at my house. which is fine and i was so happy she was here. but she’s been getting annoyed that my bf has been hanging with us a lot too. but it bugs me because she’s been with other people, invited her friends to come hangout and when my bf comes over she gets annoyed. and when she was in a relationship her girlfriend would stay here when they would visit and she would always bring her girlfriend along. is this fair? when she first got here we made plans to go to this certain taco place her last day me, her and my bf and she was down and as he was driving over to come she says, “i wish **** wasn’t coming” and how she just wants our time. but it’s like she does the same thing? and has done it. is this right? i don’t care if she goes to hang with people or sleepover but when it comes to my bf (whom she does like) she gets annoyed. not all the time but she has.
