Well from my perspective, assuming that you've never confronted your friend on this, he may be more comfortable since he seems to think you don't mind. Honestly how is he meant to know if it's offending you or just plainly pissing you off? As for if all white people are like this, NO. One colour never always acts the exact same way, nor does any race for that matter. I myself am white and call my friends stereotypical names and insults as jokes, they know this, they do the same, I know that they're joking. So please, just tell your friend, it's not that hard. If he understands then good, if he doesn't then fuck him.
