Fried kids cereal

On weekends when I have time I batter and fry various kids cereals (using crushed cereal powder, eggs and butter) and eat them with milk, same as normal cereal. Is this normal or would you think the person is obese?

What do you mean "kids cereal?" Cereal is for all ages! Except for Trix, of course, we all know Trix are for kids.

Cereal that's probably mainly highly refined flour and about a third sugar (have you ever read the nutritional information panels on breakfast cereal?) plus more fat. That'll definitely push the same buttons that most junk food does, so it's not surprising you like it.

When I was young, I could eat all sorts of crap, get hardly any exercise and maintain a healthy weight without any problems. Eating breakfast cereal pancakes as a weekend treat is not on its own going to make you obese, but the high sugar content isn't doing you any favours.

  • I'm not a fan of fried foods anymore, but I used to really like them. Back then, this would've sounded like an awesome, tasty idea. As long as you aren't eating like that all the time, it shouldn't be too much of a health problem.

lmao wtf@ the last sentence, Obesity is a physical trait I dont see how I can "think" someone is obese. Anyway that is basically a children's version of granola, doesn't sound that unhealthy as long as you exercise
