Forgetting what happiness feels like
I think I forget what it feels like to be happy. I can't remember the last time I was naturally happy, it's always out of being socially conscious. I'm always on guard around people, mentally and physically.

Same don't feel I can trust anyone or be happy and when I am I quickly turn back to seriousness but I keep a fake smile on to make others happy and not talk to me
This is normal if you suffer from depression, and anxiety. You know what has helped me a good bit in the past? Taking yoga classes, yoga always seems like make me feel better.
