I just don't put myself out there enough because I'm shy.
what makes you shy , you have to locate the source of it
I don't understand people since I've had so little human interaction. I have trouble with a basic conversation with a stranger.
Try talking voice chatting with strangers on the internet for training, a good app for that would be discord
