For women to naturally have stronger legs then men
I only work my upperbody with weights and I mostly do some jogging for my legs. Done it this way this my since a teenager. My upper body was always stonger than all my guy buddies and my legs were not weak considering. My leg strength ranged from 35 % 10% stronger then all my previous girl friends and the same or close too as strong as my guy buddies. I am in my forties now and two years ago had a lower body injury. I thought I had recovered fine. My upperbody is still very strong but it seems like my legs are in the dumper. I noticed in the gym the ladies still seem weak in the upper body but most of the fit women are leg pressing more than me. One lady fitness instructor said women legs are often stronger than men on a pound for pound basis. That it was normal in my situation to have weaker legs then these fit women. She did say that most men will have stronger legs if they work them because of testosterone. Is it normal for women to have naturally pound for pound stronger legs? She did say that for the upper body men are still pound for pound much stronger than women.
