    the man who I was talking about was my ex-boyfriend who has a younger friend who is "slow", he said he never told me because he thought I would think he was a "weirdo" that he does this, that is why I asked, because I have never known any straight man that would do that in front of another straight man

      My apology for being so presumptuous. Your ex-boyfriend is gay / Bi. And if the younger friend was normal it would be a different story but to play with yourself and encourage a "slower" person to do the same is just plain sick, he is exploiting the younger guy who obviously does not know better.

      I personally think that you are better off without this sicko in your life. He probably suffers from low self esteem to do something as despicable as that...

      Men may play with themselves in front of other men but only if its consensual!
