Where's the evidence for that? Plenty of post-op trans people are completely satisfied with their bodies. And just because someone has a mental disorder/illness doesn't make them worse in any way than you. Nobody chooses to be mentally ill.
Chief, you have to self identify as transgender. It is 100% a choice.
