I do not agree. That isn't why post OP trans people still feel bad. They feel bad because the problem isn't fixed. The problem is they think they are a different gender. That problem does not go away with operation.
I can sit down if you'd like, but I will jot stop being transphobic. I am transphobic a lot, and its intentional. I don't treat disordered people the same sorry.
Where's the evidence for that? Plenty of post-op trans people are completely satisfied with their bodies. And just because someone has a mental disorder/illness doesn't make them worse in any way than you. Nobody chooses to be mentally ill.
