Let the natural selection of bias vs capitalism take its hold. Companys that refuse to have any diversity represented tend to have a harder time selling thier services to those of other diverse backgrounds than the company. Leading to boycotts and the eventual switching to letting everyone in because of capitalism.
I wish that were the case for my current company. I work in a different sector, but applied for the ENG position via a recommendation from a colleague (a friend who went through same school training with me). Lesson learned.
For trans people to still feel bad after switching genders?

I don’t. Not all men who are broadcast eng’s are, but a lot of the older generation still are.
