Your bone structure in your face is also a massive give away. Mental disorders are not attractive in any society. Hard truth is that life sometimes fucks up our brains from the get go.
To change yourself into what you want doesnt mean you can force change in the rest of societies minds. If anything forcing it ingraines hatred. If it took 100 years for african americans to go from the slave caste to regular people for just the color of their skin and are 13% of the population, imagine how long it's going to take for a rare mental disorder to work it's way into mainstream society without forcing it that makes it worse.
How does facial structure correlate to mental health? I agree that sometimes body dysmorphia is a mental issue , like people who think they are fat but are in fact really anorexic, but sometimes people who successfully transition are happy after. They are not sick.
Key word there "sometimes" theres a majority that ain't happy afterwards and most often than not kill themselves.
As for the bone stucture argument. Humans have sexual characteristics such as male bone structure being thicker. This leads to more pronounced features on the face. You got to look past the half centimeter of skin and muscle.
Might be off by a few percentage points but the original point still stands. How long did it take for a very common person to become ingrained in society? It was a slow progression and slow progression is the only way to bring change. Let the racists die off by old age and shun the new ones. But actively forcing those to change will cause the inverse.
For trans people to still feel bad after switching genders?

Are you sure about those statistics? I'm pretty sure a larger majority is African American.
