I believe the post is fake! Today, with anybody, any where, having some sort of access to computors, and smart phones, can easily ask 'google' or 'bing' these four little words. "Pictures of mans penis", and will have untold amount of pics to visualize, compete with full descriptions.

What would be the point of writing a fake post like this one? That wouldn't make sense.
