For me to be so tired all the time?

Ok, so I'm 20 years old and I work alot at a scrap metal job. My problem is that no matter how much sleep I get, I always feel tired and sometimes fall asleep without meaning to. Now before this hasn't worried me, but it's bad since I finally got my license and I find myself almost dozing off at the wheel all the time. I always feel weak and tired and something i've also picked up on is a lot of a light headiness. At work if I lift something heavy, I feel like I'm dizzy and I've fallen down sometimes. In fact, I've fallen down in two instances when I was just simply walking and felt light headed all of a sudden.

Another thing is that the sides of my head sometimes ache or tingle.

Is this all normal?

I find that whenever i'm supper tired to the point where I just can't stay up, I drink a shit ton of water and that helps me. So, try that. If that doesn't work then go to a doctor to see what they can do for you

I felt tired and weak no matter what I did. I could sleep anywhere at anytime. I went to the doctor and it was a thyroid disorder known as hypothyroidism which the symtoms are extreme fatgue and tiredness And also unexpected weight gain. See your doctor

Okay Ballin!'s comment was un necessary. I'm sorry you feel like this, you really should see a doctor to make sure everything is okay and also it could be that your not getting enough deep sleep in the night so eventhough you think your gettin enough hours you aren't actually resting. Good luck.
