This has happened to me. Twice. Both times I asked them if they were sure they wanted to do it, and if they had any preferences. They both said yes and I obliged. I chose cowgirl which worked well because it took away the pressure to perform and make me orgasm.

Being a virgin is no big deal, all it means is that the experience partner can flex their skills a bit. However, I would worry about how attach he's going to get once the deed is done.
