Being quite serious- there's a few medical conditions indicated by ANY soiling of undergarments. And it's a stronger indication of medical concerns if it's AFTER proper hygiene measures for feces or menses.
Discharges of many sorts are a female reality of it's own handling- Pads or liners both cloth and washable are useful for dealing with them.
After ruling out a medical or hygiene issue? Diet's a factor of no small impact too.
Do be aware that both genders make frequent use of some pad/liner etc as a daily comfort measure. With NO right or wrong if it makes one comfortable. Changing soiled pad or liner is quicker and easier than full changeout of underclothes too.
And it can prevent "leak through" one's outergarments. if no other management stops the soiling easily. It's a damned safe bet that many guys use pads or liners daily even if they'd rather die than have it known. And equally safe to say that many folks of all genders could be more comfy if they did.
