Hi there my partner had her fibroids removed she had them delivered to her after lab tests and they are now in the food fridge in a pretty glass jar.. been there for months plans to keep them for years.
Is this normal ?
What I would like to know is if you have a "food fridge", what are the other fridges called & what on Earth do they contain?
Throw em between two slices of bread with a little mayo and, Voila!

I understand why'd she'd want to keep them, although it's admittedly a little gross, and obnoxious to others who use the fridge.
They're technically meat, so she actually needs to put them in the freezer, or else they'll spoil.
If it is a contracture in the foot, it could be Dupuytren's, a collagen buildup. They do remove it but it will grow again. Mine did.
Similar is a tightening of fingers, Ledderhose disease, and also Peyronie disease which causes a bent penis when erect. In male porn sites this is often seen.
