You probably need more of a foundation in your relationship before you get married. She is being naive by avoiding conflict and you are being stupid by becoming physically beaten up over it. Both are problems that needs to be discussed, mainly her problem. Avoid talking to her and you risk everything falling to peaces; no matter if she is girlfriend, fiancee, wife.
