You just have to remember to relax when you insert the tampon. Once you relax so do the muscles. When I first used it, it hurt like crazy, but that's because I wasn't used to it, or put it in wrong. It will feel uncomfortable for the first few tries because you're just getting the hang of it. The worst it will ever feel is, you will just find it uncomfortable to sit down. Trust me on this though, once you've started to get the hang of interesting it, you won't even know it's there. ;)
